Out and About

Earlier this week we brought the kids out of town for a day of fun. We had the best time! Everyone rode go carts except Salem and I, and the kids played in jungle gyms, played laser tag, and other games. It was great to get away and have a good time together.

Danny and Camila riding go carts. Camila laughed her head off the entire time, and waved to me each time she lapped around.

Weeee!

The last week, it seems things are really falling into place as we adjust to being a family of 7. Salem has been sleeping a little better at night, waking up only two to three times, rather than around every hour. That has helped this mama immensely!

Josiah is a softy for his lil bro. I remember when I told him we were going to have a baby nine months ago. He was so happy he cried! He is one super kid. :)

Isaac and Josiah both are growing like weeds. It seems it's only a matter of time before I'm going to be looking up to them! Isaac finally is growing some teeth where all of his front baby ones had fallen out.

Amaus has been quite the character lately, but what else is new? He's always full of jokes and there really is no way to know what he'll try from minute to minute. He has been on a roll lately!

These are Amaus' third pair of glasses. If it's not obvious in this picture, they're flat. It has been a serious job to get him to wear glasses, let alone keep from breaking them. Monday he goes for another eye exam and we will pick out ANOTHER pair of glasses. It would be great if they had a buy two, get two free deal...or something!

Camila continues to learn more and more words, and progress in her interaction with others by leaps and bounds. She can now play in the backyard with her cousins and brothers, and she plays and runs, and jumps on the trampoline. She loves it! She really is doing great!

Salem has been smiling since he was 2 days old! He smiles when we tickle his chin and talk to him. He is such a little sweetheart!
We sure are enjoying our baby-moon! <3
