"Come on and give the boys a haaaand!"
Now that I've got you singing, this is what our boys had going on this weekend!
Boys, boys, everywhere boys! And dirty boys, at that!
Cooking greens over the fire, what else do you do when you have a little time on your hands?! (They weren't eaten!) A country boy can survive! (This is a flashback to the 80's song post, evidently! ;) )
The kids ran around playing in the treehouse and running in the pasture. Good times.
Josiah's requested bat cake
And the cake Isaac decided he wanted at 9PM, the night before the party. Before then, he simply wanted a plain pound cake. The night before the party he decided he needed a Perry cake! I was decorating cakes right up until party time! Phew!

A little "swolt headed," as my dad would say, Saturday morning! Salem was up, happy, and ready for a bath. Caffeine helped me get rolling...and happy. :)
Saturday night Camila and I had a short girl's night. We got a little treat, then went to our local mall and strolled around a bit.
Fun weekend!

The Perry cake turned out so well! You did a great job on it.
Boys are a blast! But....Abby and me are outnumbered so that's gotta change:) Happy almost spring and time to play outside more!!!
