Enjoying Summer...

My boys finished up baseball for this year! We all had a good time cheering them on!

We've been enjoying the first rounds of some veggies from the garden...

I came up with the above combination. It's zucchini, squash, sausage, onions, bell pepper, and I added tomatoes, and salt. Served over brown rice. YUM.

Camila cakes is loving fresh cucumbers. She'd eat them all day.

She's loving playing outside and swimming a whole lot too!

A dear friend brought by some fresh blackberries, too! We used them to make a cobbler.

It was a hit!

Salem is growing like a weed! Here he was enjoying a ride in a Peruvian wrap. :)

He now will sit propped up. All of our previous chillins wouldn't sit propped until they were about 6 months old. Funny!

Josiah, the oldest son, with Salem, the youngest son.

Danny made me a flour less, sugar free chocolate cake for my 30th birthday! I haven't been able to eat those things, so he did this for me! So sweet! It was made with black beans and stevia, and some other things.

It was good!

Looking forward to more chillaxin this summer!

Cool! You basically made ratatouille :) It's usually vegetarian (so no sausage) and usually has eggplants, but you know... that's pretty much it. You just made a classic French dish on a whim, lol!
